Do you do custom orders?
We love custom orders, but it depend on availability and time! Please reach out to me or check out the personalization page!
Can I do a bulk order?
I would love to work on team or school shirts! This needs to be ordered at least 3-4 weeks before you need the item. Please contact us if this is something that you are interested in.

I try to get as many different designs as possible, but I know there are millions more out there! If there's something you're looking for that I may not have, reach out to me and I can do that as a custom!

Turnaround Time & Shipping

What is the turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is around 7-10 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Ready to ship items will ship out the next business day. If your order contains a ready to ship item but have other items that are not ready to ship, it will fall under the 7-10 business days.
If you have an item that you need by a specific date, please reach out to us to make sure you can get it before that date.
Please note, turnaround time is when we make the shirt. Shipping will still be 3-5 days depending on your location (& weather conditions).
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States! Shipping is from Gilbert, Arizona.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take 5-7 days depending on how far you are from me! Our delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Once packages are dropped off to the post office, they are out of our control unfortunately. We always have tracking on for this reason but we are not responsible for lost packages as well as stolen packages. Sorry!

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is fulfilled and a package is made, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please use this link to track packages.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges but if you have problems with your items, please contact us to open up a conversation on how we can make things better!
Can I cancel an item?
We try and fulfill orders within 5-7 business days. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully cancelled and refunded.

I am not satisfied with my order! I need a refund!
